Nath: drinking on the scale you describe is a death sentence. part of the pattern of drinking to this level is erratic / violent behaviour, out of character, in the lead up to a black-ouit accompanied by memory loss.
Instead of going on th defensive about what happened, why not sit with your legal advisor and one of the arresting officers and listen to a description of your behaviour? You can't remember it, but it's something the cops deal with (sadly) on a regular basis.
You simply aren't special enough for them to conspire against you. If they monitored your bloods and heartbeat it might have been because you were on the edge and might not have come round from this particular binge.
Think about this. Think about the company you're keeping. If boozing to oblivion, fighting, spiking each others drinks 'for a laugh' etc are their normal behaviour, all signs point to an unhappy outcome for you in the medium term.
It's a chance of a wake up call.

Don't worry about the charges, you need to be far more concerned about your drinking. From your description it looks likedly the police saved your life.
It would be normal for a nurse/ doctor to be called when someone was so drunk they were unconscious and in danger of dieing from inhaling their own vomit.

I once saw someone like you in a hospital accident department, completely unconcious on a bed. Over a period of several hours he was examined by various medics, then he woke up looked around, got up and walked out. What a waste of space. At the time my father was waiting for attention after a heart attack.
If you had the plastic pads still on you may have been taken to hospital ? ask them...you need to see a solicitor..also get copies of any medical reports that have been made on the night...don't know the legalities of taking blood whithout knowledge or permission...you need to see someone before you go to court..
Right, you will have to take every thing they tell you as truth - you were under the influence of severe intoxication. We see people like you week in week out on tv and on the street, drink to oblivion and cant remember what happened. As for attacking a copper i hope they throw the book at you, probably wont you will probably get a fine for the D+D and possibly a section 5 public order offence. You will also be made to pay a victim surcharge to the police officer. The red spots where probably due to oxygen not flowing properly becuase you had drunk so much your body had started to shut down. Waking naked, they stripped you so you couldnt do yourself any harm, a drunken person is an unknown quantity. The nurse was called because you were drunk, and its there duty of care to get you seen to especially as you passed out-they need to rule out a medical reason before classing you as intoxicated. your dead leg may well be from you resiting arrest, possibly a trapped nerve, and if you resisted arrest they can you use adequate force to bring you under control and safe put down techniques.

you ask what charges you will be looking at but you have already stated what you have been charged with - it is those charges you will be facing.
the reason they took a heart tracing and you saw a nurse was because you were so ***, you could have died (from your drinking, not because the police tried to kill you). it sounds like they really looked after you.
on another note (not that you've asked) but if drinking 1 ltr of vodka in one night is usual for you, you really need some help for your drinking. You are drinking more in 1 night than a man is supposed to drink in a week.
