Women's Running ... Great Advice
11 Answers
I'm just reading the new edition of Women's Running (while curled up in beddie).
p79. "Is it ever a good idea to run on a hangover?"
Advice:
"You should stay at home if you are very tired ... especially if you have been sick."
Really? D'ya think??
Well, that great advice was worth the cover price, LOL.

(1) Stay on the beach. It doesn't show so much if you throw up (plus the seagulls will come and clear it up).
(2) Carry a bottle of water (to wash any vomit off the front of your tee shirt).
(3) Write your address in biro on your arm (so if you pass out, any passing stranger can potentially take you home) (or, alternatively, go and burgle you, knowing that you are unconscious on the sea front)
