As with other bodily issues see your doc. One diagnosis could be coeliac disease. Loose poos and smelly wind are two of the symptoms.
Lots of what we eat can make us prone to suffer from wind, for eg beans,
onions etc. Also stress can play a part. Try not to gulp you food and eat at
regular intervals, don't skip meals because that will just make you windy.

Funny you should say that Cupid because if I let myself get to Hungary by not eating regularly when I do eat something I get bloated and a stomach pain like a cramp and it is agony
What do you eat when you get the stomach cramps? The symptoms of coeliac disease are exactly as you describe. It is caused by the gut being unable to absorb gluten, found in all grain products except corn. A blood test can tell whether your have got the antibodies. Treatment is to not eat anything which includes gluten (mainly bread and any wheat products). Gluten free products are available in most supermarkets. You can get them on prescription, which if you are over 60 is free.

It can develop at any age. Might be a red herring but see your doc.
3 to 4 weeks only......early days for a diseased process to be diagnosed.

Stools...well formed? diarrhoeal? pale? fatty? extremely offensive?

Are the stomach pains brought on by eating, such as eating fatty foods? Do you feel full and bloated after eating a small amount of food?

All relevant questions that need answering.

not a very nice topic I know but to answer your questions Sqad I get mainly diarreah, not so often it is well formed, extremely offensive yes, pale no, and the stomach pains are not just when I eat fatty foods they can just come on at different times, I dont feel bloated after eating a small amount of food and i never really feel that full after a meal not to the point of say, like after christmas lunch when you cant move because you are full up with food. It seems worse first thing in the morning and evening times.
Thanks for that full answer.

Many, many causes........see your GP who will probably refer you to a Gastro Enterologist.
