Which of these would help with a cold garlic supplement echinacea or vitamin c or maybe all three together?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I swear by Vit C, but from the natural source, oranges and lemons, throughout the winter I make sure I have a mug of hot water with a slice of fresh lemon in and some honey to taste. I havent had a cold since January 2011 :) I also eat alot of clementines and satsuams when they are at their best over the winter. It helps if you do like citrus fruits though !
