Am travelling to Egypt in three weeks, will the vaccinations I had in 2009 still be valid e.g. Tetanus, Typhoid, Polio; I know the Hep A is valid for 10 years, but what about the others?

Tetanus and polio should be ok. I'm sure typhoid will need to be re done
Did you have a booster dose of Hep A? If you only had a single dose of Hep A in 2009 you may need another dose before you travel.
Typhoid vaccination usually lasts for three years. Polio vaccination is a bit more complicated as it depends upon which type of polio vaccine you were given.
I strongly suggest you speak to your GP/Practice nurse or local travel clinic for clarification.
