Do you if there a spanish equivalent to immodium, or something almost as effective. I´m at my wits end here in madrid. I´ve had the runs now for almost 4 days now.

thanx in advance

I know Im not the above mentioned FAO

but you need Fortasec...thats the Spanish Imodium
Why don't you just pop into the chemist - I've always found they are so helpful when I've been on holiday (in the Spanish Islands anyway) they usually speak very good English.
I agree with Jack Daniels.

You can get Loperamide (Generic) in Spain, but as jack says, Fortasec is better.

Loperamide has exactly the same active ingredients as Fortasec, is just as effective and a lot cheaper.

LOL customers I have served over the years swear blind that the cheapy versions dont work!! They would much rather pay £7.99 for yellow migralieve (24)........than £1.99 for boots paracetamol and codeine exactly the same!! BUT the customers always right !!

I would suggest that you see your local GP as you may have an infection and a stool analysis would be indicated.
