General healthy eating and exercise, and maybe try to plan things a little more than 2 weeks in advance.
Good answer Bob a Job.  I'd love to say the same but I shall add this: My quick diet, that REALLY MUST NOT BE DONE FOR MORE THAN ONE WEEK is just to cut out bread, potatoes, pasta and rice for about a week.  This is not a sensbile idea long term though.  As for body toning - go running, cycling or swimming and do sit-ups.

the best thing to do for a quick fix is to drink 1litre of water before 12 noon everyday.  this will cleanse her system and firm her skin up and i did it for 2 weeks and lost 5 pounds in 8 days.  the less water the body has, the more it holds on to in the form of water retention.  she will be weeing like a race horse all afternoon but this is a good sign that the body is hydrated.  it worked for me and now i do it everyday without fail and my skin is firm and i don't have as much cellulite.  let me know how you get on.  cheers sally

I'm interested in what you said.  Do you have breakfast or do you just drink the litre of water in the morning?

yes i did have breakfast,  not a big breakfast or anything, sometimes just a smoothie.  just drinking the water really hepled me as it was something that i never tried before and it is so good for you. remember to drink the water before 12 noon, any later and you will spend the whole night weeing for a start.

Hi, on the water comment, I started to drink more water about 2 weeks ago and I must admit I feel a lot better for it. For about the first week and a bit I just seemed to spend the whole time on the loo and did wonder if I just had a very weak bladder! now tho it is less often so I think it is something that your body gets use to.

My skin, hair & nails feel so much better but I haven't managed to lose any weight yet unfortunatly, but I must admit I have had a few (ok a lot!) of naughty days food wise and haven't really been trying hard enough.
