i have query acid reflux and am on pantoprazole,which help to a degree.today i have not taken the pill as told by a gp not to do so for the two weeks leading to a 13c urea breath test.

now i have the dry wretching nausea water flowing to my mouth etc

what can i do to stop the symptoms without pantoprazole

You can take indigestion remedies such as Rennie or Gaviscon for up to 48 hours before your breath test.
