Tweezers/razors in hand luggage

Can you take tweezers and disposable razors (razor blade won't come off) in Easyjet hand luggage?

Why take the risk? Just put them in your other luggage.

With the tweezers, try it if you're prepared to have them confiscated and disposed of. You may get away with it, you may not. With the razors, forget it. Better to find a chemist in the airport you arrive at ...

my husband always takes his razor with him when he goes to germany on business and just uses his hand luggage, the razor type being the gillette one where you have to put a blade on the end, its not a plastic disposable one and its not an electric one if you know what i mean. im sure you will be ok, what would businessmen do if they couldnt do this, always have to buy at the other end, i think not.

No - if you're not taking main luggage then do without the tweezers and pack an electric razor.

other countries do have shops you know. And unless you are flying into kabul, you'll probably be able to get razors in other countries too!

If you're only going somewhere short enough to only have hand luggage I'd have thought you could live without tweezers. Easyjet do specifiy that razorblades are not allowed in hand luggage - I suppose that's open to interpretation.

No, you can't - but you can buy them in Boots once you get through security, no need to take them through the scanners.

I always take disposable razors with me and have never once been stopped or had them confiscated. I dont have tweezers but i cant imagine them being too much of a dangerous weapon!!

It would make the expression "safety razor" look a little inappropriate !!
