Work notice , sick leave, interview days?
Hi, would like some help regarding the following;
I am with an employer I hate!!im having panic attacks and bein treated differently than my colleagues, I'm starting to have interview call backs now but what's the best excuse to have time off?my employers would not let me book any time off if I tried and I can't tell them about interviews as they'd find a way to get rid of me.
I am getting palpitations and panic attacks and I wonder if I was absent would they need that doctors note straight away?
When going for the other interviews in my sick note period and I got the job would I have to continue with a sick note to work my notice?
My notice is 1month but I hate it that much as when I get a new job I wana quit straight away, could they tell the new employer this? Could they sue me?
If offered another job could I accept and start with them and still stay on sick note with previous employer but this is fraud?!i don't want to do anything like that or could I say I'm sick, I'm not going to return so they'd let me go?
Really confused as to what to do, friends and family have said quit straight away but I don't want to be sued or anything for not doing months notice.
If I could have some informed help that would be brilliant as I get told lots of different things.

If you leave without giving notice they could in theory sue you but it's unlikely.
If you tell them you are really unhappy and it's making you ill they may agree to let you go earlier

just wind back a minute, if you feel so bad about your workplace there may well be a reason to put in a grievence, check you terms and conditions to see what your company policy is/should be. Noone should have to feel so bad at work, have you done something to warrant your line manager to put in place measures to perform you out?
Thank you Murray mints and factor 30.
I'm not too bothered about the p45 as I can fill out a p46 instead, my employer has a policy where they only confirm dates as references but if I quit out of my contract could they tell the new employer that?
If I was to ask to be released immediately could they not pay me for the work I've done?
I'm tempted to give my notice in now but only want to if I get a new job.

I've tried informally talking with my manager but she doesn't care and just says it is wat it is..... Great response!i feel I'm done with this company now and just want to quit rather than doing grievances as it'll make my already horrible time at work even worse.
I havent done anything for them to get me out, I'm hardworking cover my own and other peoples workloads, never been rude or offensive I just think the new manager has taken a dislike to me as I originally said no I don't want to change my hours but was never rude or anything!!
