T5 fat burners for women

My partner for 10years now has been trying to loose the eight she has put on since meeting me, gone from a sexy slim size 10 at what I think under 10stone, whereas she is now a very sexy and curvy sIze 14-16 and I think 12 stone plus. Please can you tell me if T5 fat burners would benefit her aid weight loss, she has a very hectic working life and exercise in the gym regularly is difficult. Any advice onthses will be gratefully recived

T5 fat burners are dangerous. Not a good idea. They can mess up your thyroid and the ephedrine in them has nasty side effects. So far as I know they are not legal OTC in the UK, they are prescribed sometimes for hypothyroid but not often because of the side effects.

In a similar position as your lady, I found the Dukan Diet easy to follow and very effective. No fad foods ocalorie counting. Didn't even 'buy the book' - just read advice online.

woofgang, they aren't illegal OTC. I was just reading an article about a woman who took ephedrine for weight loss and it has damaged her heart to the point that without a transplant she has only 10 years to live.
There are no short cuts to weight loss, you have to eat less and move more. If the weight still isn't shifting then a visit to the doctor might be in order to rule out thyroid problems.

Depends what you mean by T5. The synthetic thyroid treatment is illegal OTC and can only be prescribed by a doctor. The T5 that is ephedrine aspirin and caffeine is not sold legally in the UK for weight loss. Ephedrine is available OTC from a pharmacist as a decongestant in cold medication. Various other "T5's" containing herbs are available, not illegal as such but you don't know what you are getting.
