Are they actually warts?
I have wart type lumps on my face (i also have several skin tag on my face and neck) which itch. I went to the Dr this morning about getting the skin tags removed and they have said the lumps are not warts or skin tags. So have been referred to another Dr and told to keep an eye on them.
So if in any doubt then go see your Dr!

My Grandmother swore by this remedy.
Rub a snail with a black shell on the warts and say,
"Wart wart, on the snail's shell black;
go away soon, and never come back."
Prick each wart with a needle, thrust it into an Ash tree and say:
“Ashen tree, ashen tree; pray buy these warts from me."
Cut a potato in half and rub one half on the wart. Nail a snail with a brown shell to your door and as it rots away so will the wart. Rub some bacon on the wart, then bury the bacon in your garden. Rub a small pea on the wart, fold it up in a piece of paper and bury it in moist ground. As the pea rots away, so will the wart.
