i lost it after another argument with hubby, and banged my head on the wall several times. Since then, my right eye is blurred, right hand side of neck and head is aching, and i feel quite poorly. Have i done damage to myself? I just lost it, and hurt myself.

Are you sure that's how it happened - you aren't covering up domestic violence by hubby I hope.

Anyway, sorry to hear of your pain/distress, and I hope Sqad comes along and helps soon.

phleb only you know hard hard and how often you hit your head, if for whatever reason you fear damage then go and get checked out.
Prolonged problems with vision after a head injury can be found among the list of symptoms requiring a 999 call on the NHS website:
http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Concussion/Pages/Symptoms.aspx

If in doubt, phone NHS Direct:

Sorry about the fight.......you clearly haven't been knocked out, no mention of unconsciousness and no, I doubt that you have done any damage at all ......only perhaps to your pride.
Go to bed and tell your husband (if you are still speaking) to make sure that you can be awaken from your sleep in the middle of the night.

Let us know how you feel in the morning.

Perhaps you can now address your anger issues before you do yourself some permanent damage.
