You can't lose weight from selected areas, everyone is different and will lose fat from different places until it's all gone. Doing one particular exercise is not a good idea and can lead to more problems. You start doing aerobic exercise. subtract your age form 180 and aim for that pulse rate when exercising. This will get your heart and lungs fit for the toning exercise you want to do.
Be patient, if you want a sustainable weight and body shape it takes time, there are no quick fixes.
