Vitamin D And Zinc Tablets

Has anyone else experienced nausea / vomiting after taking vit.D and Zinc tablets? Bought some from Holland & Barrett the other day and we have both been afflicted. Coincidence??

I've never vomited after taking those vitamins though there is a lot of the vomiting bug going around so could it be that?

You can get all the vitamins you need from a healthy diet, which is ultimately better that taking vitamin supplements. Taking unnecessary vitamins could create an unhealthy balance, causing illness.
I'd advise speaking to a doctor about what it is you're taking. And probably stop taking it lol.
