I have got a new job just before christmas in a shop so i am now standing up all day but can standing up all the time make your legs get fatter?
I used to walk everywhere i went and was always out and about but since i moved there isn't much chance of walking to work or the shops or anything like that and although my legs have never been thin and nice i think standing up all day they seem to have got bigger! I have taken up jogging again recently a couple of times a week to help with the exercise part of my life change but i don't want my legs to get any fatter!
Thanks I don't really get the chance to walk much anymore, on my days off i try and take a walk somewhere but I would really like to walk to work but it just takes so long here that i have to leave really early even if i walked really fast! Jogging was just for my general fitness which has lapsed since i moved here.
