Oxygen
When you breath in oxygen does it instantaneously reach every cell in your body including your brain cells or does it take a little longer like a few seconds? Say someone took in a breath of oxygen, then how long would the oxygen in that breath take to reach a certain part in your body?
Answers
The oxygen from one breath joins other oxygen present in your body so it may take quite some time to reach your toes, but arms, or legs when you're walking, will feel the benefits quickly. Your brain also needs 4 times more oxygen than other parts. The fastest way to get new oxygen to your organs is too stop breathing for a while.
