Now after using it continually over time, my cholesterol level has dropped to just under 5mmol/l.
Whether this is down to using Flora Pro Activ I just don't know, but at the moment I'm not prepared to take the risk.

We have just switched back to proper butter after seeing a few TV articles about the nasties in the spreadable/low fat spreads that put us right off. I invested in a £18.99 insulated butter dish from Lakeland which arrived yesterday and it has kept the butter cool (out of the fridge) and at a spreadable consistency. :)

Do not get me wrong I am not against taking tablets for the right reason but there seems to be an over indulgence these days by GPs with regards to prescribing tablets.I think there needs to be a more holistic approach if one is available.
