Are there any fellow ABers how have been diagnosed with PASH? If so can I ask what treatment option you took?

I've only had fibroanenomas so can't help I'm afraid.

No.....I am not a "laydeee" but if i was.......

I would ask for a cone biopsy to confirm the diagnosis and if it was confirmed then i would opt for local excision.

Cone biopsies have confirmed it. Awaiting a mammogram too.

OK...then i would go on to wide excision.

It is not a malignant condition and it is not pre-malignant either.
