I an registered disabled, arthritis in most of my joints, really bad in my spine, also got osteoporosis and had a stroke ( ready for the knackers yard, ha )
Bought myself a treadmill, most I can manage at any one time is about 45 to 50 steps, but I try to walk a mile a week on it.
Don't know if it does me any good, but it certainly doesn't seem to do me any harm, and its a bit of a challenge every week.
I do work aswell, but have a taxi door to door, and sat down working so I think the treadmill does me some good. X
