Are there any good yoga poses that you can do, for whenever you might have only about 15 minutes? I don't always have a lot of time, but I want to sneak in a workout whenever I can.

Agree with woofgang. The Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) stretches most areas and incorporates basic poses such as downward dog, lunge, plank, cobra.
For a 15 minute workout it is excellent and can be performed as slowly or rapidly as desired.
sorry to butt in

yoga - I asked this on another thread but I think you missed it. Is pilates suitable for someone who has had extensive abdominal surgery and needs something less strenuous than yoga?
Sun Salutation is a good exercise to get your muscles and body ready for the main asanas. When I have only 15 minutes for yoga, I will normally do Shoulderstand and Fish Pose.
