Like most, it suggested low thyroid activity to me. However now it seems to implicate iron deficiency as a primary cause of your tiredness. Greens should perhaps include spinach and brocolli. Also bump up your red meat intake - bacon, liver and beef. In the latter case, if like most you cannot afford regular beef steak, do not underestimate high quality (low fat) mince meat such as scottish minced beef. Don't be misled into treating beefburghers as "junk food" - they are not (even horse meat is good for you, lol).
I start with diet because supplements alone should not be the answer alone.
I am surprised your doctor is not concentrating on finding out the cause of your anaemia, like vitamin B12 status which is needed for dietary iron absorption. Even in the interim, your doc should be advising on an iron supplement - Feroglobulin is available over-the-counter in some pharmacists and contains B12.
A good iron-status is very important in areas as well as oxygen-carrying haemoglobin notably immune cell activity and various key enzymes.
Forget about vitamin D! Nothing implicates this "bone-health" vitamin which you boost by going out regularly in the sun anyway.
Typical doctor here - "treatment with tabs" before in-depth diagnosis. What's in these tablets and why?

SIQ.
