Is it any stronger than ibuprofen it doesn't seem to touch my back pain

I have 500mg, and it's not touching my back pain. how many can you take? mine says 2 per day.

What strength are you comparing Ibuprofen to Naproxin 250 mgms?

Generally speaking Naproxin 250 mgms is equal to Ibuprofen 200 mgms

Sqad 400mg of ibuprofen....Sara naproxen says take one 250 mg twice a day

Fruitsalad....it is difficult to compare dose and effect with pain killers as people respond differently unlike antibiotics where one can more easily compare doses.

Naproxin 250 mgms in my opinion is a modest dose....very modest and one should take the dose that relieves the pain, depending of course on what the pain is due to.

If Ibuprofen 400mgs is not relieving your pain...then try Ibuprofen 600mgms.
