You have to take care of skin - constantly. With a little daily TLC, it recovers remarkably quickly - and that includes the skin on the feet which a lot of people have problems with.
Like anne says; Keep some body lotion or hand lotion next to your bed and every night slather your arms with it. The second moisturising will be after the shower. Twice moisturising really makes a difference.
hi cupid. Any basic moisturiser such as vaseline or E45 would do but if you can get to a health store try to get a cream with either Chamomile or Calendula in it as this will heal as well as soothe. Avoid anything with lanolin in as many people are allergic/intolerant of this and it will cause further irritation. I make up my own creams and find E45 by far the best base for them.
Ha, ha. Elbows look fine when they're bent but look ugly when the arm is straight.... a reason to go around with your hands in a prayer position!! Maybe that's why Thai girls look so elegant.
