Feeling Sick
I work as a driver and lately have been doing some early shifts, Not normally a problem but each day lately I feel really sick until about lunchtime when I generally feel better. Then I have my lunch, feel sick again for about an hour and then I'm fine. I've only ever once vomited IN MY LIFE and the thought isn't pleasant at all but why should I suddenly feel this way? The breadknife thinks I might have anxiety and I'd have to say that FEELING sick makes think I'm going to BE sick more which then makes me FEEL more sick and so on. I shall be off down the doctors on Monday but there's an Adamski LP up for grabs if anybody can give me advice before then, I'm back at work on Tuesday
P.S. I am a bloke so it's not morning sickness!

Also are you having proper breakfast before you leave the house? Something like porridge? Sickness can sometimes be linked with being really hungry.
Or it could be that you are feeling sick BECAUSE of eating- after breakfast and after lunch.. Talk to your Doc- it could be any number of things.
Do you eat brekky? I never feel like eating first thing but when I do, I tend to only feel ill for a couple of hours. Also, a good litre of water helps.
If you get any miracle cures, let me know!
