Ecided To Take A Quick Shower Last Night...........midnight.......update

Hi again sorry to be a pain. But this is just a qucik update on my question the other day when I had a fall in the shower and hit my back between my shoulder blades. The lower back is bruised nicely but still having pain between my shoulder blades. Hurts to turn my head and trying to lift anything up really hurts. No bruise has come out could it be bruised internally.? I did , quite a few years ago put a vertebra out ( slipped disk they called it then) in the same place.

So sorry to hear about your fall in the shower. I too slipped in the shower on Friday night, I had one foot out and the other one slipped back. I must have knocked myself out because when I come round I was on the bathroom tiles shivering with my head up against the radiator.Iike you I am very badly bruised with a great big lump on my head.

Because of this I would advise everyone to get o non slip mat for the shower and be very careful what you clean it with. Hair conditioner can make it slippy too.

Leahbee, I am so sorry to hear you did the same thing. I do hope you will feel better soon. I broke one of the sliding doors off the top roller, that is going to cost £15 to repair. I just hate those slip mats but really do not want another fall like this one. Now I just stay still .......LOL. XX
