Does anyone know where these can still be purchased, anywhere? I always bought them from Boots, I've scoured Amazon and eBay - the linctus is there, I have that, but not the useful honey-flavoured sore throat lozenges.

Given that the pastilles aren't shown on the Infohealth website, I fear that they may have gone for good :(

Alternatively, ask a pharmacist for tablets containing benzocaine. It's a anaesthetic which is most commonly paired with tyrothricin (which is an anti-bacterial agent) when used in throat tablets.
Boots sell their own brand of such tablets, simply called 'Boots Anaesthetic and Antibiotic Throat Lozenges', while other pharmacies often stock 'Tyrozets'.
