Unfit Or What
6 Answers
Can't remember what day but needed a new phone in bedroom. Proceeded to untangle wires and wires so sat down on bedroom floor - after finally untangling successfully and getting new phone installed - I tried to get off the floor and couldn't believe I was so unfit that I had to turn and turn myself onto the floor - hold onto my bed and get up.
Now is that my age or what 60. Anybody tell me what to do to get fit. Have lost 2 stone due to the Menieres but of course need to lose more. Thanks for any answers.

Years ago I enjoyed the gym - would I be safe going back with the Menieres attack. Thanks for your interest Eccles.
you didn't ask "Who's your favourite Spice Girl?", Eccles.
Fair questions though, Conne, what exactly was the problem? Legs no longer as supple as they used to be? That does happen. Still too heavy to lift your own weight? That's likely to be worse if you've been sitting there for a while than if you've been getting up and down.
My guess is it is all age-related, but can probably all be tackled by a bit of regular exercise. But I don't get any so I'm probably not the most convincing person to say it.
