husband being on warfarin since August, INR levels being ok but since new year being on a healthy eating plan to loose a few pounds and levels dropped can cutting out junk food cause this?

does the heaslthy eating plan include leafy green veg? Lots of vitamin k can harm the action of warfarin. No need to stop eating it though - the INR will adjust

Likewise, cranberry juice and grapefruit juice can have an effect. If he's drinking those, that'll make a difference.
