Right Forearm Clicking Causing Discomfort
1 Answers
When I rotate my right forearm (for example, when using a tea-towel to dry the inside of a mug or using a screw-driver) something clicks close to the elbow - approx. running from the top of the arm (i.e. if you have your hand palm-down say) and round to the side where the indented bit of the elbow is.
Have had this since I was 4 years old, but now it's causing actual discomfort and the clicking is louder.
GP just said it was R.S.I. and can't be fixed (typical). Anyone have any other ideas? I rub Deep Heat which helps.
