Do you have a blanket type thing on the arm of your sofa?
I have one and have been surprised by how many people I know who also have them.

Comfort blankets and hats are my "no need to think" projects....things I can make when my mind is elsewhere but my hands need to be busy.

I have made throws in the colours of Somerset Cricket Club.....throws to match the interior of cars and throws just because I found bargain wool in charity shops.
I have one on the arm of my sofa in my favourite moss stitch.
My shroud will be a throw in the colours of a pint of Guinness....complete with harp.....☺

Oh I have loads of them! I love them and think I've started a trend in getting them for people :)
I would rather curl up under blankets than stick the heating on until it's absolutely freezing. I did treat myself in the sale and free with a voucher to the most snuggly dressing gown, floor length with a hood. It's way to big but cosier for it.
