All sorts. I have had a few things picked up via urine tests eg blood and infection.

It can also be used to monitor matters, like I always seem to have protein in mine nowadays to useful monitoring tool for the renal unit. It can help give an idea of kidney function too.

It can also monitor things like drugs and alcohol which can affect health in a similar way.
