For the past week or so, I've experienced sudden cold feet. Sounds nothing but it's new and the sensation is really uncomfortable. I can be sitting, in bed anything. There seems no pattern. Any comments anyone? May well sadly be age related?!

Have you given up the idea of "circulation boosters.?"

If you have no underlying medical condition and not on any medication relevant to your cold feet e.g beta blockers and you do not get pain in your calves on walking,.................then your diagnosis is correct..........old age.
i have this problem all the time and i would suggest you try an electric under blanket for your bed that is the only time my feet are warm.

they are cheap to buy and do not use much electric

my problem is i have hardly any circulation in my legs

Having only just had a big birthday, it seems I've had problems. Old age! It's a sod! Never mind, one must focus on what we can do , and not on what can't do, or can't do anymore.

Thanks sqad for your input.
I suffer from this big time, and always wear layers of light and woolly socks at home. I'ts prob like me,a combination of bad circulation and the dreaded advancement of age!
