Some of these reviews seem very "suspect".

I think the company selling it get their staff to post all the reviews.

These type of machine are mostly a con, just go out and do a walk instead.

I have something similar to the machine in the link above. if I had to do some of the exercises without the supporting handle I would have probably sustained some injuries by now due to the vibration. If your friend is looking to lose weight forget it, if they are looking to tone up yes they have a place in a balanced exercise and healthy eating regime.

She has problems with her ham strings and said that it would be cheaper than paying out the £50 a time she is paying out now to a practitioner.
