I'm butting in as well!
Never saw your original post (seen it now). If I had I would have added my moral support for what it's worth.
I had a 'basal cell carcinoma' on my back, which fortunately was easily fixed by a cream. Whilst I was having attention for this I brought the dermatologist's attention to a mole on my posterior left calf. This after tests was diagnosed as a 'malignant melanoma'. This was removed after day surgery and a skin graft was carried out.
As a 'final' test I was offered a lymph node biopsy, which I accepted.
The wound/incision in the groin seeped clear liquid for many weeks, almost 8 I think. Seeps is perhaps the wrong word, I was changing trousers, underwear, socks at least three times a day. I also had a absorbent padding/ rubber sheets everywhere I sat or slept. I eventually got it under control by taping incontinence pads over the wound dressings.
If I'd known you were feeling so depressed I would have tried to help, because you're reflecting exactly how I felt.
You seem well on the road to recovery, so I wish you well. lets face it we have to stick together
