Hi Sqad, you may remember me asking your advise about my sinuses a while back ? Well I saw my ENT today. He stuck a camera up my nose and says my turbinates are 90% blocked. He has told me to use a nasal spray synalar 3 times a day for 3 days and then Nasonex 1 a day for a month. Also I asked him if I should breathe in steam with eucoliptos , he said ok, and to do a saline nasal wash twice day. He said there is an op. But it would be a last resort. I had had a CAT scan earlier on this year when I had another attack, nothing untoward showed up, no polyps. What do you think ?

Standard initial treatment which I would support entirely.
If this does the trick, then fine and i think that it may well do BUT if it doesn't, then an operation can be performed which will reduce the size of the turbinates and increase air flow through your nose.
Thanks for the feedback........much appreciated.
