Advice On Travel Pillows Please.
I'm heading off to South Africa on an overnight flight and think that I would be better to buy a travel pillow. I do not want an inflatable one as believe that they are not very comfortable but want one that can be either compressed or does not take up too much room. I have been looking at this one and wonder if anyone had any experience or it.It appeals because it is not too bulky. But I am concerned that it only supports one side of my head so if I turn my head I will have no support.

Alternatively should I just go for a standard memory foam one and try and squash it into my hand luggage. One such as this.

Or does anyone have any suggestions of pillows that they have used and found comfortable and supportive.

I have to be honest, there's no way I can sleep like they show in the pictures and if I could sleep on a plane I wouldn't need one anyway so I find them useless. Most airlines do provide a rather small pillow, you might be better to fold up a big sweatshirt or something.
