Stomach Ache All Day....

It started a little last night on my right side, but from this morning its been really bad all across from right to left.

Its a dull ache, and sometimes my stomach goes tight like a drum.
I am not constipated.

Any suggestions what it could be?

I have just had the stomach bug from hell that started like that. I didn't get D and V, just massive stomach pain and fever.

Are we talking upper "stomach" here OR lower stomach?
Normal bowel moments is a plus as is no mention of nausea or vomiting in your post.
I presume that your "water works" are working.

That statement concerns me a little and if your symptoms do not improve by lunchtime today. I would seek medical help...GP if possible.

Its about middle to lower, water works OK, and today its not as bad, but very tender.
