Andy Hughes We have lived here for 16 years no one in the Close has a problem,I have not spoken to the new neighbour regarding this subject ,I spoke when they first moved in and I welcomed them to the village and offered my help if they required finding anything around the village ,as for the Parking I did not feel it was correct for me to mention the parking as several other neighbours had already explained how the parking worked this has been the case for the past 16 years ,My condition is reasonably obvious as they have seen me using my Powered and Manual wheel chair ,surely it does not require a genius to work out the struggle my wife has to transfer me into our car .Re the Disabled Bay .for £3,600 Painted bay with Disabled sign no raised kerbs etc, then further £3,600 to remove..
I did wonder if a Grant was available to pay for this work to be carried out , many years ago it was free but we did not think it was necessary to have the Bay put in as we had such an amzing understanding with everyone ,times chang I suppose.
