No need for that, Tilly. It's just I saw a local politician on TV last night and he'd changed since he was last on.
If he was politician I don't suppose he answered to the name of Coco MP?
Boozing doesn't cause it, but heavy drinking can aggravate rhinophyma if you already have rosacea.
