Stick it in a pot of yogurt.

Do NOT return yogurt to fridge for tomorrow's breakfast.
Place said whatsit in a glass of milk !!
I've done that, DTC - it's painful! Another habit is rubbing my eyes after handling chillies. No remedies, just ride it out. The pain goes away within a few minutes.

Immerse affected area in pint pot full of ice cubes and ignore Maters giggles!
I've done it and there are no remedies.

A good antidote for excess chillis when eating an Indian meal is to eat some Raita (yoghurt based dip). You could try rubbing some of that on, I suppose :-)

No yoghurt here, only cream and milk....
Well milk will suffice ..
It will be a play on "Dunkin' Donuts"

well the milk has helped....stupid prat that I am, I've done the eyes before and should know better. Too much haste, I guess!
Well, what an image that springs to mind DT (lol).

Well, I'm not sure the verb 'to spring' is coming to top of mind at the moment, at least the heat is abating. Imagine getting it on the female equivalent!

You'll not forget that in a hurry, loads of sympathy, just picturing you hopping around xx
Or pick your nose....
when preparing chillis wear disposable gloves.
Or you could use chilis from Tesco - they have no 'heat' in them whatsoever.
I may find it amusing to 'pass it on' to my partner - if you know what I mean.
I'll pass on the coffee & scones at yours Dtc Hope you're feelling better soon ;0)
