2 years ago i was running 10 miles per day most days, then an hour of weights. i havent trained at all in those 2 years. yesterday went to gym and run 1.5 miles and done a few weights, i was knackered, with chest pains and diziness.
what is best way for me to build it back up ? weights and running
If it was me, I would continue with the 1.5 mile and weights until my fitness improved enough to gradually keep increasing my limit. you may never get back to the 10 mile a day heydays, but your fitness will improve significantly
