Pollen counts are generally at their highest around breakfast-time and into the evening but it can vary depending upon the type of pollen. (Grass. pine and oilseed rape are particular causes of problems around mid-June).

A lot of people seem to be suffering more than usual at the moment, me included. That said, after a few days of that being bad it feels more like a cold now but this high pollen count isn't helping.
