Fungal Foot Infection

Don't worry I am going to to the doctors about this....
Has anyone had a fungal foot infection?
I have been treating my two big toes with a prescription but to no avail.
It has now got to the stage where the nails are definitely going to come off!
If they do, are my toes liable to more infection? What can I treat them with ?
It is the most unsightly thing I've seen :)

i had this for ages(nails stood out about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch ) tried medication from doctors then i started to use coconut shower cream and noticed an improvement so i started to soak my feet in it and its almost gone.

listerene , vick's vapour rub, apple cider vinegar, loads of help online. been told prescription med's are no good. i have had limited sucess with listerene. i think it's finding what work's for you
