LOL.......well a similar method has been known for a century or more....there being a nerve at the back of the ear called the auricular branch of the vagus nerve which when rubbed would stimulate the person to vomit. The Aldermen of the 18th and 19th century would rub behind their ear at a banquet in order to vomit and make room for more food. It was called the Aldermen's Nerve.

\\\\Named after Friedrich Arnold, German anatomist (1803-1890) 1. Also known as the Alderman's nerve on the belief that stimulating the external auditory canal will stimulate gastric emptying; the Aldermen who ate too much for lunch would wriggle their fingers in the external canal to relieve their epigastric discomfort.\\\\

As for your question, I cannot see any physiological problem but do wonder if such a person would be invited out for a meal........

A Gastric band seems a better surgical deal.
Didn't the ancient Romans use a feather to tickle the back of the throat to induce vomiting so they could eat more?

Oh I don't have a problem 'throwing up' in fact I often do it if I feel a bit bloated
When I say often no more than once a month but I could do it more often if I put my mind to it
Just don't want to become a bulimic
