Man has had heart attack few years ago,then plemory ableisum in lung, is now on warfarin closely monitoed ,blood pressure tablets and statins, non smoker blood pressure is up and down so he ministers at home ,but will not see doctor to discuss his hands being white and like ice,also has bouts of feeling very tired would this be the medication which he thinks it is or should he speak to doctor or nurses to discuss his treatment

Sounds like classic Raynaud's. See your GP.
You don't mention pain in his hands which would make Raunauds Disease more likely.

That sounds a good call, particularly if he is taking beta-blockers e.g Bisoprolol for his hypertension. You can't force him to see his GP.
My wife suffered from "white finger" when put onto blood-pressure tablets. She mentioned it to the doctor who immediately changed her tablets - problem gone. It's certainly worth getting him to mention it to the doctor when he goes for his next prescription.

Thank you for replays even though post ended up in wrong section ,he does take anteneol along with his other meds ,this morning he did say he would have a chat with nurse on his next visit for blood tests your comments have put his wife's mind at rest a little thank you x
