Have just picked up a prescription for antibiotics for urine infection. Its 1 four times a day. Should I take one tonight to get started or wait until tomorrow to take the full daily dose.

Start tonight then 4 tomorrow.

One dose now. If you go to bed late (say, midnight) a second dose then. (If you go to bed early, wait until tomorrow). Then roughly breakfast, lunch, tea-time & bedtime from then on.
