Sweet Healthy Snack Ideas...

I've got a real sweet tooth and at night when I read I snack. I need to stop eating chocolate and crisps so need a healthier but sweet alternative.

Please don't say carrot sticks...I need SWEET things! But healthy. If that exists haha

Nuts is a good one...
sugar is sugar is sugar.... better to try to break the snacking habit altogether
grapes and nuts are sugar and calories !!! even no sugar sweets have chemical sweeteners..stop snacking is the answer and limit a wee sweetie to an occasional treat !!
or sook on a hard boiled sweet that will last for ages ...don't crunch
Stay away from the sugar! You are just making your addiction worse...and sugar *is* an addiction. There is no such thing as sweet and healthy.Try eating some protein...a bit of cheese,a boiled egg,etc. That will keep you more satisfied.
Or...try very dark chocolate...less sugar and has some health benefits. It will take a while to get used to it though. I eat 90%...anything less tastes sweet.
