Been feeling off since just before bed - headache, sore tummy feeling hot and cold - been sick once and been awake on and off most of the night. Sugars dictating somethings not right?

No work today I think feel drained :(

Sounds like a viral problem.
Stay in bed, drink plenty, Paracetamol and forget work until Monday.
Watch your blood sugar levels.

Been sipping water, might attempt some toast.

Will do, will follow sick day rules for insulin been sitting steady at 15/16 overnight - no ketones at present.

I was like this on Sunday and Monday Queenie. Still felt a bit rough round the edges on Tuesday. Felt fine yesterday. You take care get back to bed xxx

Thank you though :) I'm going to take my duvet up to the sofa in a bit as its closer to the bathroom and it's a bit cooler up stairs.
