Still Feeling Yuck

Been on the couch since about 5am.

Slept most of the day away, still ludicrously sleepy. Going to sleep here tonight. Managed a slice of toast but now my tummy is a bit iffy again...hope it passes soon and takes the headache with it.

Thank you Grasscarp. It's certainly put a dampener on what was meant to be a fun weekend. I'm going to go get a quick shower and some fresh Jim jams and come back for the last Harry Potter to start.

I took paracetamol at 4.30 tone and within half an hour they were doing tablet paddle in the loo :( might try a couple before bed though will see. Will call nhs 24 if no better in the morning, sugars are all over the shop too

Make sure you drink plenty of water - maybe lack of fluids is why you have a headache.

know how you feel had 2 weeks of it....with flu symptoms , hacking cough and gunge..feeling bit better now

I've been sipping on water throughout the day when I've been awake, I've had no caffeine so it could be that but it could be anything. Got my second bottle of water beside me.

I've got them from 25 to 11 Tony but it just conveys something's in my system.

Bad reactions to the flu jab are uncommon really, I had mine yesterday too - sore arm is all.

My arms fine but I'm thinking it's something gastric...I've had an iffy tummy all week. I guess it could be anything really just have to ride it out
